This is a special recipe curated by our VP of Marketing Kare Bear. This morning peanut butter flavoured smoothie is packed with nutrients.  1 Shot of Nespresso Espresso 1 Banana 1 teaspoon Attune Focus Mushroom Powder 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter 1/2 Cup Pistachio Milk 1 Scoop Ice Cinnamon to taste Blend in Vitamix Blender.

1/4 cup of white wine  3 or 4 cups of Chicken Broth  3 Chicken Bouillion Cubes  1 Thumb sized ginger finely chopped  1 Large Onion 2 Cloves of Garlic 1 1/2 Tablespoon of unsalted butter 1 pound of white button mushrooms 2 teaspoon of Attune Focus Lion's Mane Powder  Rosemary Parsley  Black pepper and Salt to taste

Lion's Mane Morning Mango Pineapple Smoothie

1/2 Cup of Fresh or Frozen Mango 1/2 Cup Fresh Cut Pineapple. Can use canned pineapple however, fresh pineapple is preferred because canned pineapple tend to have a lot of sugar. 2 Cups of your favorite Coconut Water 1 teaspoon of Attune Focus Mushroom Powder Top with coconut shavings/flakes and chia seeds  Blend Well !
