1/2 Cup of Fresh or Frozen Mango
1/2 Cup Fresh Cut Pineapple. Can use canned pineapple however, fresh pineapple is preferred because canned pineapple tend to have a lot of sugar.
2 Cups of your favorite Coconut Water
1 teaspoon of Attune Focus Mushroom Powder
Top with coconut shavings/flakes and chia seeds
Blend Well !
